Yes — all 27 tools produce deterministic outputs based on published regulatory frameworks and engineering calculation methodologies. The same inputs always return the same outputs. However, NOVTRIQ API outputs are analytical tools, not formal regulatory certificates. For official compliance sign-off, outputs must be reviewed and validated by a qualified engineer registered with the relevant professional body.

Free tier: 500 calls/month (5 requests/min). Starter: 5,000 calls/month (60 requests/min). Pro: 50,000 calls/month (300 requests/min). Enterprise: 500,000 calls/month (1,500 requests/min). Rate limiting is applied per API key (per IP on the Free tier). Exceeding a limit returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header.

API keys are issued automatically when you register for any tier at /tools. Free tier keys are issued immediately. Paid tier keys are activated after payment confirmation. Enterprise keys are issued after contract execution.

Certified and Strategic Partners earn a 15% referral commission on EaaS subscriptions introduced to the platform. Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or Stripe. A unique referral link is provided in the partner portal for tracking. There is no cap on referral earnings.
